Important Shipping Information

If you have chosen to ship internationally to a country outside the US please understand it is at your own risk. My Kangen Tools will not be responsible for lost packages outside the US.

All shipments within the contiguous US will be tracked and if lost by the USPS or UPS all items will be replaced at no additional charge.

Important Returns Information

My Kangen Tools, LLC. takes pride in our products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the product within 30 days in its original, undamaged packaging and we will refund the full product price. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. A restocking fee will only be applied to returns that show wear or damage to the packaging.

Return info: All returns must be authorized by our customer service department. If you need to return a product please email cs@my-kangentools.com. All returns must have your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package and on the inside of the package along with a copy of the packing slip. Once your return is authorized and you have received an RA#, please send package to:

We recommend you use a shipping service that offers a tracking number like UPS, FedEx, or USPS with delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for lost packages or packages not received by our Distribution Center.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at cs@my-kangentools.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cs@my-kangentools.com and send your item to: 33 Station Prairie Rd.
Port Townsend, WA 98368 after following instructions above under “Return info”.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to address above.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
